Work / life balance: What’s that all about? It’s not like they exist independently of each other. If you’re at work you’ve got to be living too haven’t you? Well, we hope so! It’s why we invest so much time and effort in ensuring people enjoy their time at work. It spans a broad and colourful spectrum… from our internal initiatives like the Squads (Sports, Lash, Green, Bothud and Smile), through to our industry busting Under The Influence speaker events. We’ve even launched our own "Bikes to Work" scheme, to do our bit for Mother Nature. Whatever it is, we’re always looking to add value to the lives of our teams, our clients, and the environment. And finally, we like to give "agency land" a poke now and then to encourage it not to take itself too seriously.
